Sweet Memories & Why You’ll Love These!
While this isn’t an official Mimi and Me post, I had three little helpers with this recipe. One of them even wore an apron and a chef hat! My granddaughters jumped in to help fold the batter and sprinkle that sweet cinnamon crumble on top. Yes, that part was a little messy, but I never worry about the mess. It’s the sweet memories that are important!
Beyond the memories made in the kitchen these muffins are soft, bursting with yummy fresh peach flavor, and come together in minutes with basic supplies already in your pantry. Most importantly, they are kid approved!

How to Store Your Peach Muffins
On the rare occasion you have a few muffins left over, and I mean rare, storing them properly will keep them soft and tasty! When storing at room temperature, placed the completely cooled muffins in an airtight container lined with a paper towel on the bottom and top. Doing this will absorb any excess moisture so your crumble topping stays crisp and delicious rather than soggy. They will keep fresh on the counter for up to 3 days.
