Happy Sunday, friends! Hope your day is off to a lovely start! It’s time for another day full of Mitten Moments. If you’re new here, Mitten Moments are all my blogs gathered from the past week and some wonderful moments from my friends and others around the web.
I started my day by going to church. It was extra special this morning, as we don’t all always sit together, but today, I got to sit in between two of my sons. It made me remember, so fondly, of sitting together in church when they were younger. Times I will always cherish. To this day, there is nothing better to me than watching my family live out their faith in Christ.

My Personal Moments
- I finished planting the rest of our garden. It was a little tricky with the weather last week, but it appears everything made it through the cooler temps. Fingers crossed, we are past any cold weather, but you never know living in Michigan!
- Big Al and I headed to the movies to catch the new Mission Impossible movie. Like I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, we are big fans of the MI series. The movie was amazing and I am always astonished by the unbelievable stunts they produce!
- Each week, something new is blooming. This week, the Iris’s are in full bloom and by next week my new peony bushes will be bursting with pretty pink blooms! My aunt used to have a huge Iris garden on her property, full of all the colors. My goal is to someday have many of the same colors she had.

- I’ve been on a Freida McFadden reading kick, as of late. They are mystery based, and are fast, easy-to-read books. I recently acquired Never Lie and as with all of her books, that I’ve read so far, it did not disappoint.

Hello and a very happy Sunday to you Kim! I hope that you had a wonderful weekend.
I love MI! I have not seen the latest movie but hope to soon. I read an interview and they said the Tom Cruise does all of his stunts and always has. He said that it makes the movie more realistic. Frankly, it scares the heck out of me, I could never imagine doing that.
Good luck with your garden!
Thank you for sharing so many great links, I am off to explore.
I know! It is unbelievable that he does his own stunts! I hope you enjoy the movie. Have a wonderful week!
Thanks so much for sharing Kim! Such a great post today💯
