Happy Sunday! Even though we are celebrating the Labor Day weekend, I wanted to share some of my favorite Mitten Moments from the week! So grab your favorite cup of and let’s get started!
We had a week of sunshine, below average temperatures and I’m not mad about it! We turned the air conditioning off and opened all the windows. Needless to say, it was the best weather for sleeping and fun to pull out some of my favorite sweatshirts.

My Personal Moments
- I watch my granddaughters every week and they love to go on “nature walks”. I give them each a baggie with their names on it and away they go…gathering every leaf and piece of earth that tickles their fancy. Nature at it’s finest!
- College football has begun and the NFL starts next week! Who’s are your favorite teams? I’m looking forward to football games, football weather and all the yummy food that goes along with it.
- The cool weather has really been good for my roses. The hot, hot heat we had this summer took it’s toll. The roses are once again in full, glorious bloom!
- Big Al and I celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary. I feel so grateful for our life together and the amazing family we have created. A true blessing! Here’s to 36 more!
