Welcome to my Mitten Moments!

Random moments from my week that I am sharing with you!!

Happy first Saturday of October!

“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” – L. M. Montgomery, Ann of Green Gables

You better believe I’m here for it!

I say, bring on those pretty sweaters that have been packed away, those cool crisp nights sleeping with the windows open, those family trips to the cider mill with warm donuts and hot cider AND all those magnificent fall colors!

How is your fall decorating coming along?

Have you started? No shame if you haven’t. There’s still time!

I am definitely all done!

Books and More Books

Do you read?

I love to when I have time.

Continuing to buy books, when I haven’t even read all the books I have waiting in the wings, well, it’s how I roll.

Can you ever have too many books?? I think not!

This week, as luck would have it, a little package showed up on my doorstep.

Can you guess what it was?

Yep…you’re right! A new book and it’s The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.

Have you read it? I hear it’s a great read.

I’ll keep you posted!

  1. Love the fall inspiration Kim. I did start…lost steam, headed out now for fall flowers.
BTW, my tomatoes are full steam now. Been giving them away! Love Fall!

  2. I agree, you can never have too many books. You have me feeling motivated to clean up my veggie pots outside and work on that fall wreath that I started last year…lol.
