Good Saturday morning from the snowy Mitten and welcome to my Mitten Moments!
Random moments from my week that I am sharing with you!!
How was your week? I’m sure for many of you it was full of all things Christmas!

I had a slow restful week, as I continue to recover from wrist surgery. I honestly had forgotten what it was like to nap during the day.
And yes…it’s still awesome!
Let me tell you, during all the rest, I found so many amazing moments this week!
“Nothing ever seems too bad, too hard, or too sad when you’ve got a Christmas tree in the living room.” – Nora Roberts
This Week On The Blog
This week on the blog I shared my holiday hot cocoa bar.
Are you a hot chocolate lover or hot cocoa?
Yes, there is a difference but I like them both.

Hot cocoa is usually made from cocoa powder, sugar, and milk. Because of that, hot cocoa is usually sweet and light. Hot Chocolate is made with just that, chocolate. Shaving the chocolate works best for melting it with the milk.
Whatever you prefer, just know there is still time to create one, especially this simple!
Other Random Items This Week
In very proud news, our youngest son graduated from college this week, with honors. He can now say he has a BA in Mechanical Engineering! Well done, my son!

I finally started setting my goals for 2022. Do you set goals? Do you make a vision board? I have the last two years and I love the accountability it gives me. If you don’t know what a vision board is, you can see my post last year, on How To Create A Vision Board. It’s a great family day project.
Here’s a random fact I learned this week while sitting around resting. The Caspian Sea is actually a lake. Yes, it’s true. The Snapple cap told me so.
