It’s the first weekend of the summer season! I hope you are enjoying yours so far! My Mitten Moments is full of good summer shares this week.
But first…
When was the last time you had a garage sale? It’s been about 11 years for me. I participated in my son’s subdivision garage sale this weekend. It’s a great excuse to unload some of my stuff and get some snuggles from my beautiful grandgirls!
Honestly, I went for the snuggles!
I’m very excited to report that my flowers are doing great so far this season. My friend Jennifer from Cottage on Bunker Hill sent me a variety of seeds and some of those are also starting to come up. It was so windy the day I planted them and I’m convinced they aren’t all in a nice even row.
Time will tell!

Hi Kim! It is so good for me to read inspiring blogs like yours! Thank you so much for sharing mine!
You are welcome! Have a wonderful week, Molly!
When I first read the post I thought you said you had 17 weddings, not that 7 isn’t a lot. You look beautiful in this dress!
Molly is AMAZING! I am so excited she started a blog!
Love all of the links.
Good luck with your zinnias, I planted them for the first time this year and it is a battle to keep the deer from earring them.
Have a great week.
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! I hope your zinnias pull through. The animals love them! Happy Wednesday!
Kim, I just love that pink dress. You look stunning! We have three weddings coming up between August and October. I just love weddings.
Thank you for sharing my star pillow. xoxo
Thank you so much! It was a great Amazon find! Happy week, friend!
Beautiful flowers! My garden is sparse this year, life gets in the way sometimes. So I’m enjoying friends, and public gardens this year! My wildlife liked to eat my zinnias also, maybe they were too pretty. Had at least 4 varieties, looked like a bouquet. Excited and nervous about the wedding and remembering everything. Had a dream I forgot my dress. It is hanging by the back door…
I love zinnias! They are so pretty! So excited for the wedding. I just know it will be a spectacular day! xo
