Hello friends! Happy Sunday and Happy Mother’s Day! Before you dive into all the wonderful celebrations you may have planned for today, take a quick moment to grab your favorite cup of and steal a peek at this week’s Mitten Moments. I’ve got some delightful content to share that might just add a little extra sparkle to your day!

We celebrated Mother’s Day a day early along with our youngest son’s 25th birthday. It was a great day! Today, Big Al and I are going to go flower shopping and later take my mom to dinner.

My Personal Mitten Moments

  • Oh, friends! Did you get a glimpse of the Northern Lights? We had a breathtaking view in the Mitten. A once in a life time event for so many! By the way, the pictures below have not been altered. Just the exact beauty that we saw!
  • I did it! I finally got Brit Box. At least, I’m trying out the free trial. Period dramas and England…what could be better? The shows they offer look so good and I’m waiting for some good quality free time to sit and watch. Do you have it? If so, tell me all your favorites!

As the days stay lighter longer and the weather warms, the grill is always out at our house. I’m always looking for a good recipe to add to whatever Big Al is barbequing. My friend Jen from Midwest Life and Style has a yummy Creamy Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad that will sure to be on our next menu!
