My Personal Moments
- It’s been a hard week as my mother fell and broke her hip. She had hip replacement surgery and will have a long road ahead. Your prayers and good thoughts are appreciated!
- All my flowers are really starting to take off and look amazing this year! My hydrangeas, geraniums, zinnias, daylilies and roses are flourishing. I got a late start on planting my dahlias, but I’m hopeful that soon they will be poking through the dirt, and on their way to having beautiful blooms. What did you plant this summer? I would love to hear all about it!

- I know this series isn’t for everyone, however, I have been a big Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon fan. I do have to fast forward through some of the parts, but I love the storyline. The second season of House of the Dragon airs tonight on HBO.
My Favorite Weekly Find
This blue and white striped ticking fabric pillow is a favorite of mine! It’s a versatile piece that adds a touch of fun whimsy and personality to any room. I love how the classic ticking stripe pattern pairs well with a variety of styles, from traditional to farmhouse. The round shape adds a playful touch, and the button detail in the center is a charming accent. It’s the perfect throw pillow to cuddle up with on the couch or to add a pop of color to a bed.
This pillow comes in two colors, too!

I share my next friend quite frequently because I love her recipes! Elizabeth from Pinecones and Acorns has a delicious Small Batch Banana Nut Muffin with Streusel recipe. Her recipe makes 6 moist banana muffins, which are the perfect pairing with a cup of your favorite morning beverage!

You can make these pretty napkins for any season and they will be such a fun statement piece for your next table setting or picnic!

S’mores and summertime just seem to go together, don’t you think? My next share is a fun one, especially for the littles in your life. Heidi from Eleanor Rose Home shared how to create S’mores Dessert in a Bag. A fun treat without the sticky mess!
