Neutral rugs are usually shades of gray, taupe, white, and cream. They are often made from cotton, jute, wool or sisal. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a good neutral somewhere in their home decor!

Pretty Pastel Rugs to Brighten Up Any Room
Did you know that pastel colors are actually pale tones of colors made by mixing white into the orginial shade? I’m no art major but it makes sense, right? Pastels have recently made a comeback.
