Spring is hopping in, and what better way to celebrate the season than with some adorable DIY bunny decor? This budget-friendly and beginner-friendly wreath adds a touch of whimsical charm to your springtime decor!
– 2 colors of green yarn & white yarn – Pom pom makers - Fabric scraps – One burlap wreath – Two sheets of self-adhesive white felt – Small plastic Easter eggs – Color string - Ribbon – Scissors & Hot Glue
For this project, I used a straw wreath frame covered in burlap. You can purchase with the burlap or add it yourself.
Trace desired bunny onto two pieces of felt and adhere to cardboard bunny template.
Once pom poms and bunny are complete. Glue them on to your burlap wreath frame. Add the eggs in between and around your pom poms.
Create a small flag streamer by cutting fabric into 4 inch by 1 inch pieces. Fold over the twine, cutting a triangle out of the bottom. Open and add a dab of hot glue into each fabric fold
Use any color of ribbon you would like for the bows. I made one small bow for the bunny's ear and a large bow for the wreath.
I hope you make this budget-friendly, easy bunny wreath. Spring is a lovely time to add some cheer to your home decor!
