HOW TO STYLE A BOXWOOD WREATH

Cottage in the Mitten

Boxwood wreaths are a classic and elegant addition to any home. They can be used to decorate for any season, and they can be styled in a variety of ways to create a beautiful and festive display.

– Boxwood wreath – Small cream flowers. – Cream ribbon – Floral wire & wire snips

Supplies

Step One

Acquire a boxwood wreath. I wanted to change the look of the wreath, but not do anything that would alter it permanently.

Step Two

I chose small faux mums that had longer stems. Using my wire snips, I carefully cut each flower from the bunch, making sure to cut the stem as long as I could.

Step Three

Once all the flowers are detached, gently push the long-stemmed mums into the dense boxwood wreath, making sure to evenly space them apart.

The final step is adding a ribbon. Choosing an understated ribbon in a neutral hue such as ivory, beige, or gray effortlessly complements the lush greenery of the boxwood.

The neutral ribbon adds a soft touch of sophistication and allows the foilage to take center stage!

Using these simple steps, you can create your own beautiful and timeless wreath that will add a touch of elegance to your home.
