Affordable Mirrors to Brighten Your Space
I love mirrors and what they can do for any space in your home. I’ve used them frequently throughout the years. Strategically placed mirrors can work wonders in reflecting natural and artificial light, instantly making rooms feel brighter, more spacious, and visually appealing.
If you think large mirrors are too expensive and don’t fit into your budget, I’m hear to tell you that’s just not true. There are plenty of beautiful low-cost home decor options. You can create a brighter and more dynamic atmosphere for under $50, proving that impactful design doesn’t always require a hefty investment.
As a reminder, garage sales, vintage market and estate sales will be a good resource to find mirrors that are inexpensive. If you find a mirror you like, but don’t love the color of the frame you can always paint them. Estate sales mark their items down each day and are the cheapest on the last day of the sale. You just take the risk that the item you want will still be there.
I’m sharing some of my favorite under $50 options. You can find them all here!

Easy Ways to Decorate with Plants on a Budget
Did you see my post Bringing the Outdoors In: Fresh & Faux Greenery & Florals? Adding and embracing the beauty of houseplants is a perfect way to bring the outdoors in, especially when decorating within a budget.
You can easily propagate new plants from existing ones (ask a friend!), find affordable plant decor options at local nurseries, Trader Joes or other grocery stores, and creatively display them inexpensively using repurposed containers or simple shelving.
Beyond their visual appeal, many houseplants also offer the added benefits of purifying the air, creating a healthier and more inviting atmosphere for under $50. Who doesn’t love all that!

Organize in Style with Affordable Baskets
I like things organized and baskets are a perfect way to keep things tidy. They’re also great for hiding things! C’mon…we all have those little things we need to hide when company comes!
Baskets offer a practical and aesthetically pleasing solution for decluttering any space. You can put everything from blankets in the living room to toiletries in the bathroom or pantry staples in the kitchen, all while making it look pretty. Learning how to incorporate these budget-friendly organizers to combine function and style, can provide you with a well-organized home that can be both beautiful and affordable for under $50.

Trays can come in all different shapes and sizes. I recently bought this Better Homes and Garden Serving Tray and the price point is below $10! They have a whole line with this beautiful pattern and you can check them all out here.
I am currently using it for decor on my dining table, anchored by my iron-on napkin candlesticks.
